3. Pricing and Earnings

- Earnings are added to your instructor wallet
- Withdrawals must meet the minimum payout threshold

Instructors are responsible for handling any tax obligations.
4. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors agree to:
- Provide complete and high-quality learning content
- Update outdated course materials when necessary
- Respond politely to students’ questions
- Not manipulate reviews or ratings
- Not engage in fraudulent sales or activities
5. Ownership and Licensing
Instructors retain full ownership of their uploaded content.
However, by uploading content, you grant elearning.i.ng a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Host, display, and deliver your course
- Market your course on the platform
- Use course previews for promotional purposes
6. Prohibited Actions
Instructors may not:
- Upload viruses or harmful software
- Share or sell content that they do not own
- Redirect students to external platforms for payment
- Harass or abuse users
7. Account Suspension or Termination
elearning.i.ng may suspend or terminate an instructor account if:
- The instructor violates this agreement
- Fraudulent or harmful behavior is detected
- Multiple user complaints are validated
Suspended accounts may forfeit unpaid earnings.
8. Refunds
Refunds granted to students may affect instructor earnings.
elearning.i.ng reserves the right to deduct refunded amounts from future payouts.
9. Modification of Terms
elearning.i.ng may update this agreement at any time.
Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
